Autorun is a service or convenience provided by the Windows operating system. This facility is used when you insert an external hardware into your computer to speed up the steps you do afterwards. Like a CD or flash. Just for knowledge, that the facility can turn off all the time if you do not want it. Especially if you have frequent problems with your computer infected with a virus. Here are the steps:

Click Start > Run then type gpedit.msc, wait until the display "Group Policy"
search "Local Computer Policy - Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates" - System on menu tree
Then Click “Turn off autoplay”, waiting for his properties appear, then select "enable" on the menu and "All drives" in other menus it is to activate.
Do it again the above step at "Computer Policy - User Configuraton - Administrative Templates - System." Then Finish this by restart computer.
